With Julien Sabatier, my co-founder since 2014 (and partner in adventure since 2011), we spent a few days with David Zaoui and Fabienne L’Heureux, our coaches.
kapptivate has grown, evolved, transformed — and so have we.
This time together has become part of our founder rituals — a space to realign, challenge ourselves, and grow with intention.
For three days, we explored what it really means to:

We did it near La Rochelle, surrounded by the calm and powerful energy of the ocean. A perfect backdrop for deep conversations and honest reflections.
Here’s what I’m taking away:
